Reservation cost for online tickets

When a ticket is purchased online, a reservation cost is paid by the customer. This reservation cost includes all services of the eTicketing platform, there are no costs for the organiser.

Our reservation costs are ALL-IN! Truly all costs are included in this fee, such as VAT, handling costs and transaction costs. We charge no additional fees for the scanning, nor for free tickets, paper tickets and invitations.

Reservation cost for paper tickets (presales, box office sales)

For every paper ticket, sold by the organiser in presales or at the entrance of the event, a reservation cost is charged. This cost covers the full usage of the eTicketing platform (reports, follow up of ticket sales, ticket validation etc.).

(**) provided that the paper ticket for the consumer is at least the same price (or higher) as the equivalent online ticket (incl. reservation costs).

Administrative fee cancellations

When an event or purchase is cancelled by the organiser of the event, the ticket buyer will be reimbursed for the total amount (incl reservation fee). This amount will be deducted from the amount to be paid to the organiser. In addition to this, the organiser needs to pay an administrative fee of € 1 per ticket.
